Valve Cover Gaskets

Valve Cover Gaskets

I went and bought new felpro valve cover gaskets, and the damn thing still leaks a little in the middle, do i need to make them really tight and snug but i have them already pretty damn tight im taking one click at a time with a ratchet. anything i am doing wrong?

2 things did you use rtv sealant? and did you torque them to the right specs?

I used the RVT the black colored sealant, and I didnt know anything about TQ specs, I just got them as tight or as close as the stock drivers side! I only took the passenger off!

when ever yr changing gaskets always torque them to specs, the torque for the valve cover bolts are 106in-lbs
