I just started to adjust my valve again because it was making a sound. I tried to do it this time with the car running. I did everything that shoe box said I loosed the rocker intill i heard clicking and then tightened it intill no clicking and then a 1/4 more but when i shut the car off i felt them and they feel loose is this normal.

 

Loose meaning the rockers wiggle side to side...normal.If the push rods go up and down...not normal.
