Vacuum Lines on side of Intake manifold. Does it matter which one?

There are 4 vacuum hook ups that come out of the side of the intake manifold. They are all the same size. The 2 on the passenger side are directly above and below each other. I know which vacuum lines go on the passenger but im a bit confused on which one went on top and which on bottom.. Does it matter?

HVAC on the bottom, Fuel pressure regulator on the top. I don't think it matters though.
