vaccum system on 1995 350
A hose (about 12-14 inches long) fell off when I removed the engine and now that everything is back together, I can't find the ports for it. Does anyone have access to diagrams or any ideas?

If you are referring to 4th gen LT1 stuff, there are lots of pics on my Tech Page. There is also an emission hose routing sticker on the radiator cover.
