VA Emmissions with cats

I've heard that with longtubes with cats that you will fail an inspection because the cats are moved. Is this true? Does anybody in va have these and fail because the cats were in a different location?

No it doesn't matter where they are. Stop by the John Deere dealer on Mercury Blvd and we can talk about it.
