V6 rear end compared to a V8

I just got a 1994 firebird V6 and I'm going to do a V8 conversion on it. I was just wondering if if the rear end is the same on the V8 cars and the V6's, and if its not then how much torque would a V6 rear handle?

I just have to make a daily driver thats not slow as sh*t.

I've heard that it will be alright but I'm in the same situation as you. I'm going to go ahead and use the v6 rear end see how it goes, if I don't like it I'll do something different.

Anyone know what gear ratios came with the V6 cars?
