URGENT: Adjusting TV cable... what button?

I've seen you guys mention a button when talking about adjusting the TV cable but I can't seem to find that damn button? Anybody have a picture of it? I urgently need to adjust this

You see that rectangular little box where the cable goes into? The one whee it goes into a sheath after the box? Its mounted to the steel bracket.

The top of that little box IS the button.

Ummm....I don't think you can really adjust a cable wire. Just make sure it is securely and tightly screwed into the wall, and the same for the back outlet on the TV.
