Upgrading suspension on my Fbody. What do you guy's reccomend?

My goal for this winter was to completely and totally upgrade every part of my suspension. The parts I have right now (waiting until next summer to install them) are:

Spohn Stabilizer Bars: Front + Back
Spohn Torque Arm
Spohn Panhard Rod
BMR Boxed control Arms

The only pieces left are the shocks and springs.

I've basically setteled on the HAL adjustable "F" series. They're being sold at http://www.thunderracing.com/index.c...yid=1069#T1388 . However I am confused on one thing that hopefully one of you can answer. What exactly is the difference between the "R" series and the "F" ??
They're both adjustable so what would be the advantage of getting one over the other? Also, they offer a complet package which includes the 4 shocks as well as the front springs. Why do they offer only the front springs? Are these springs more for handeling or for drag racing? Do they lower the front end? What? Shoud I just buy the complete kit or buy the shocks only and go for Eibach drag springs? If any of you have these Hal's on your f-body, please tell me what you think of them. Or if you have any other suggestions, let me know. The Hal's are pretty expensive and I want to get my money's worth.
Please reply.

The car is my daily driver. I drive it like I stole it. My single interest (for the time being anyway) is straight line performance. Having said that, I don't want to limit my options. I might one day have an interest in autoX. That's why I'm getting the adjustable shocks rather than a dedicated set of 90/10's which would be good for drag racing only. As far as the springs go, I don't know whether I should just stick to what I have now (stock) or upgrade them aswell. I DONT want to lower my car. It's already low enough. Oh, and I want the ride quality to be relitivly decent for a daily driver as well.

By the way, here's my car:

well it's really one way or the other man... You could go with some drag launch springs which is what I would reccommend.... Get yourself a BMR torque arm, lower control arms, remove your front sway bar, remove your rear sway bar... uhhh that should get you started

Maybe r is rear and f is front?
If you don't have sfcs yet I would add those to your list.

As was said above....you cannot do both. Boxed LCA's or any poly/poly lca isn't suitable for autocross, nor are hal shocks. You'll just have to pick one.

Go with the regualr QA-1s aka HAls . r-code is a bit more agressive . But as long as it's a 12 way you should be fine.

Poly/poly LCA's will cause the rear axle to bind in roll causing snap oversteer and your car will never handle right. Stock LCA's are designed to allow rotation as are rod ended LCA's. As for the shocks either revalved bilsteins or konis are what you want.
