Upgrade advice
Im in the process of making a few upgrades on my trans am.
Some of these upgrades include:
-K&N Air Intake
-Headers
-MadTunz
My question is are there any other upgrades that I should make that are often over looked but would improve the performance of the engine and help my engine cope with power upgrades.

on a 94, the tune is not necessary until u get into the motor.
I would get a lingenfelter CAI (165)
Longtube Pacesetter ceramic coated headers (390)
Catback (300)
y-pipe (idk price)
58mm TB(300ish)
1.6RR (idk price)

Didn't think there was a big difference between K&N & Moroso.
Didn't think a 58mm throttle body was necessary on a mildy modded stock displacement engine.
Headers/exaust and a mail order tune would probably be good for the $$..
...Just my opinion based on what I have read.

Your right a 58 mm would have no benifit at this point and the intake cant even use it without proper work so save your money there long tubes ORY and exhuast and a nice tune wouldent hurt because those long tubes tend to richen the car up a bit

I have a '94 Z28 that's essentially stock. What kind of gains can you expect if you simply put on a new intake and exhaust? And what if you then throw headers into that mix?
Assuming I ever get my car running properly, it's going to need a new exhaust system as we've cut off everything behind the catalytic converter. I'm certainly not going to put forth any effort to put that system back on the car. And putting on an intake would be a relatively easy mod. I might do some headers farther down the road.

The mods you have in store are a good idea. 1.6 roller rockers and some upgraded valve springs and pushrods would also be benficial. Don't forget to add a good catback in there as well. Also, you could do some cheap suspension upgrades such as lower control arms, relocation brackets, and replacement poly bushings for the remainder of the suspension parts.
