There is an install guide for "Hyperwhite Fog Lights" in my sig you can stick on there...and soon coming is the '93-'97 Lighting Guide Website...How soon will this be up? this is more an FAQ. Just the common "whats an opti" and "what is jason cromers phone number" kind of thing as well as linking all the websites together

Rre-programing of 1996 and earlier 4th gen f-body remote.
1. Locate the Data Link Connector (under the dash near the steering column).
2. Attach a jumper from terminal 8 (8th pin from the left on the top) to terminal 4 (4th pin from the left on the top).
If you have done this properly, the doors should lock and unlock after less than about 5 seconds.
3. Hit any button on the first transmitter. Doors will lock and unlock when transmitter is accepted.
4. Hit any button on the second transmitter. Again, doors will lock and unlock when transmitter is accepted.
5. Remove the jumper from the DLC and the transmitters should both operate correctly.
Note: If you remove the jumper before programming both transmitters, only the first will work and will fill both the slots of acceptable transmitters. Also, the transmitters will not work until the jumper has been disconnected.

Stereo Theft Lock
NOTE: If you allow more than 15 seconds elapse between steps, the radio will
automaticly revert back to the time, and you'll have to start over from step
4.

1) figure out a secret # from 000-1999 and write it down somewhere.
2) turn the ignition to ACC or RUN position.
3) Turn the radio off
4) press the 1 and 4 buttons together (on the preset buttons). Hold them down
until --- shows on the display. Next, you will use the code you wrote down.
5) press MIN and 000 will appear on the display
6) press MIN again to make the last 2 digits agree with your code.
7) press HR to make the 1st one or two digits agree with your code.
8) Press AM-FM after you have confirmed the code matches the secret code you
have written down. The display will show REP to let you know that you need to
repeat steps 5 through 7 to confirm your secret code.
9) Press AM-FM and this time, the display will show SEC to let you know that
your radio is secure


Unlocking Theftlock after a power loss:

1) LOC appears when ignition is on
2) Press MIN and 000 will appear on the display
3) Press min again to make the last 2 digits agree with your code.
4) press HR to to make the first one or two digits agree with you code.
5) Press AM-FM after you have confirmed that the code matches your secret code.
If you enter the wrong code 8 times, INOP will appear on the display. You will
have to wait an hourwith the ignition on before you can try again. When you try
again, you will only have 3 chances to enter the code again until INOP appears
again.


Disabling Theftlock:

1) turn the ignition to ACC or RUN position.
2) Turn the radio off

until --- shows on the display. Next, you will use the code you wrote down.
4) press MIN and 000 will appear on the display

The display will now show ---, indicating the radio is no longer secured...

Theftloc Bypass *****
1. Press and hold presets 2 & 3 for about 10 seconds until the first 3 digits of the display code are displayed
2. Write the numbers down.
3. Press the AM FM button, write down the next 3 numbers
4. Call 1-800-537-5140, when asked, enter 202107, press the “button” and enter the 6 digit code from the radio, you will get an unlock code, write it down.
5. Go back to the car, press the HR button and set the first 2 numbers, then press minute button and set the next two last numbers, press AM FM button, SEC should be displayed, turn on radio
To remove customers code, repeat step 5. you should see --- on radio face, the code is now out of the radio.
