umm FIRE came out of my car!
I was at a stop sign and someone i knew was behind me at night and revved up real high and later i got out and they said that there was a pop of fire that came out of both pipes, what does that mean, should i worry

the cat is actually half empty because i went and checked to see if it was clogged and he said no we looked and half of it had blown away, also i do smell alot of gas when the car sits or could this be a misfire, the car isnt really running up to par anyway

Check your fuel pressure at the fuel rails, I could be wrong, but Im almost positive it is suppose to be between 43 and 47 pounds. The check it, put the gauge on the valve ( on the rail ) and turn the key to the on posistion, but no need to start it, at on the fuel pump kicks on and pressurizes the system. Check that and get back to us. It really cant be that many things ...
I donno how probable this is, BUT ... How old are your spark plugs ? When the plugs get old on my one dirtbike ( XR ) it wil start misfiring, and burning in the pipe. Since your cat sucks, its not cooling the exhaust as much, so its hotter all the way through the exhaust, the hotter it is, the more likely itd be to burn unburned fuels ... I Think ??? lol

Wanna See Flames on demand put a spark plug 8 inch from ur tail pipes and hook a swith to them in the car and floor it and flip the swith and ull have 6 inch to 18 inch flames pouring out ur tips. 
Aslo hook up a second fuel pump and hook up another switch and dump fuel in ur tail pipes like 2 inchs from the spark plugs and give some gas and ull have 6 foot flames out ur tail pipes haha
