Ugghh! More cooling problems

I was out last night with some friends playing around. Car ran great. Nice and cool, no problems. After stopping for a couple cold ones, I drove home. On the way home my car came very close to overheating. As I pulled in the garage the gauge was touching red.

I've checked the coolant level and tested the new thermostat. The water pump is new. I had the car running with the cap off, and with the gauge reading 170-180 it didn't look like the coolang was moving. The level did rise enough that I had to put the cap on so it didn't spill over. Then it got real hot again.

Is my radiator clogged?

Also, what is the direction of flow across the radiator? Driver to Pass.?

Are you stock or custom tune? Maybe the fan settings are off.

Custom tune- fans turn on at 180- they are functioning.
