Two injector aren't firing...36#er's

Well i installed my 36 lber's today that i bought from someone here on the board and for some reason two aren't working! I knew it wasn't running on all 8 cylinders so i pull the clips one by one to see what was up and sure enough when i pull clip #4 and #5 there wasn't a change in idle at all! What could be causing this? I check to make sure they were getting power and they are! Could they be clogged or something, or can an injector just quit working? I need help quickly, suppose to go to the track tomorrow! Thanks

Did you try switching them around? This way you'll know if it's the injectors or something else.

Did you electrically check your connectors/wiring and check resistance on the injectors?

How do i do that? I didn't have a mulitmeter! All i had was one of the cheap things that show if there is getting current and a little led lights up!

I'll try switching them around tomorrow morning! Any idea why this might be happening?

Is it one of the two that didn't work before?

Did you swap those two which didn't work into a location different than #5 and #6?

Yes earlier #5 and #4 were not working so i took those two out and put them in slot #6 and #8 and now #6 is working but #8 still isn't!

Try switching #8 to yet another location. If it's still not firing then the injectors is most likely bad.

Tried...still isn't working putting the stock ones back in now! Gonna try and mess with the tune for now to see if i can fix the high rpm miss...that's the whole reason i got new injectors cause mine were hitting """113%""" DC "according to datamaster right when it was missing!

Try tapping on the injector with something hard. I used a wrench on mine. When I did my swap, none of them were working. I tapped each one and when I did, they started working fine. The were apparently gummed from sitting too long.

Tap on it pretty good and see what happens.
