I Would look at what the vehicle owners manual recommends at that mileage interval.
I'd be suprized If you have never replaced spark plugs/Wires, if you haven't its time to replace them. Get parts from summit racing/jegs

not to start ****, but i doubt your making 325 rwhp with your mods in a automatic LT1.

as far as maintance goes, i'd suggest cleaning the air filter, changing the fuel filter, plugs, wires, and go from there. if you still have low fuel pressure your fuel pump could be on its way out. If you still have low spark your opti could be on the way out. etc...

well its helps that my uncle is a gm mechanic and has been for 30 yrs. and the tuneup is something i can do. you will be surprised what having an uncle who knows motors like no other can do for your hp. and it also doesnt say my headers, gears, and its not an automatic anymore, he turned it into a 6speed. i can understand why you thought that, but i havent modified my sig yet.

based on that, I see no reason for this thread.

Even with a 6 speed and headers, hitting over 315 at the wheels is pretty unusual. As for the tuneup, your uncle should know what needs to be done. Plugs, wires, air filter, fuel filter, PCV valve, fluid changes, and a cleaning of the throttle body are all pretty common tune up items that are addressed.
