Don't forget your going to lose the "protection" that the OEM K member provides to the oil pan. Those road bumps & holes have a way of sneaking up on you , in Michigan anyhow.

I have never grounded out my stock K member, or my BMR. Unless you're doing 80mph down a gravel unpaved road you shouldn't be either. Besides, if you were to ground out the stock k-member, the rear of the oilpan would still take some damage.

To put it in you'll need a hoist to hold the motor up, and after you're done you will need a front end allignment.

no, no problems with uppers but they do require ball joints to be pressed in, lowers come ready to go

plus if you have alot of miles on your stock lowers (ball joints specifically) it makes it easier to change lol plus added weight savings

The uppers do not provide a weight savings and are not really smaller. No real point to using them. I love the K-member and the lower A-arms though.
