My pacestter lts should be here soon, and its time to start planning my exhaust set up. I am planning on using an h-pipe and dynomax bullets. But, i was reading up and looking at other exhaust setups, and wondered if the flowmaster single chamber race muffler will fit? They certainly sounded good on that white trans-am.

My next question is, is it possible to make it exit out the side of the car, before the rear wheel. and have a nice stock style chrome tip on either side. I crawled under the car and took a quick look this afternoon, and it looks a bit sketchy. I have seen a few pictures of an x-pipe that bends out towards the sides instead of dumping towards the ground at the axle.

Any help/suggestions you guys have would be great.
