True Dual Quieting Ideas w/Video

I wanted some feedback on a proposed modification to my
true dual exhaust setup to make it quieter. The link is to a
PDF with the proposed modification and the current setup.
Page 1 is what I want to try to quiet things down a bit. Page
2 is the current setup with the Flowmaster race mufflers. Any
comments?

I personally think that it sounds fine as you have it right now. I dont think that its too loud at all. Your proposed set up is an idea but you end up bringin the duals together in muffler so i think that it makes it a more complecated single pipe set up, just m.02 though,

The Dynomax has two straight through flow paths so there is
no crossover of the exhaust. The flow paths do share a common
packed chamber. This should accomplish the same thing as a
bullet style muffler, only with more chamber area to absorb the
sound. The thing I need to eliminate with the existing system
is the typical interior Flowmaster resonance and drone. It's like
being in a twin engine airplane where the engines are not quite
at the same rpm.

Sounds to me like you need some resonators and longtubes...

Put two dynomax bullet mufflers inline right before the axle.

Won't a Dynomax ultraflow 17276 accomplish the same
thing as two bullets? It's basically two bullet mufflers
within the same case. Here is a picture of the muffler. The
two paths are straight through.
