Trouble light on 94 camaro

Trouble light on 94 camaro
Hi, This may sound like a dumb question But I wanted to know what is the light above the 6000RPM line that has a tank with low water and an arrow pointing down because I have plenty coolant but it keeps comming on. Could it be an error. The car runs fine
