Cam selection should normally be posted in a Engine Tech Forum.
Transferring, thanks.

Something 224/236ish, .560/.580ish lift on a 114 LSA would make a good cam for that setup. Are you looking for a custom grind or an off the shelf cam?

do you think that cam would have a loud idle???because the whole goal is to have a quiet idle

GM845 (it is the smaller than the 846), a Crane 210 degree intake 220 exhaust(dont have lift but I think it is 510/520)
You might here these cams with 1.6 roller rockers, but with 1.5's they will be nice
A 224/236 is going to be a rumpy idle, not real loud, but a REAL good tune will keep it quite.
I have heard a LPE 219 cam in a 355, smooth as silk but ran low 12's. Better tunes can get the motor to quite down.

A 224/236 ish cam on a 114 LSA will have a decent lope to it, but nothing too mean. If the idea is to totally hide the fact that there is a cam in the car, something like a 210/220 on a 114 or 115 lsa would better suit your needs. A stock catback will go a long ways in muffling the fact there is a cam in the car as well. Might look into that (with a cutout) and ditch the magnaflow catback.
