This.

My heads have been milled and I am still using 7.2" pushrods with no abnormal issues(the sweep is slightly off center on the exhaust side). As a matter of fact, those milled heads have been running on my Z28 with 7.2" pushrods for over 8 years. I don't know the exact amount they were milled, but I do know that they were both warped around 0.003"(due to overheating).....so I assume they were milled 0.005".
