I was looking into getting the trick flow elbow and an airfoil and was wondering how the elbow is compatiable with the 95-97 vented optisparks. Does the trick flow have the same hole as the stock elbow? I've seen a lot of these elbows in peoples signatures and figured someone would be a bit more in the know than I am. Thanks for any help

 

Here is how the previous owner routed the line.

 

The trickflow elbow includes a grommet and says to just drill a hole in the bottom and use the provided grommet if neccessary.

 

but most people just poke a hole the rubber coupler near the MAF and stick it there

i didnt like the trickflow. I sold mine for a ILE rubber one and like it much better.

Thing is, my trickflow got too hot.

 

Does Gm performance parts still sell the 1LE elbow? I have seen a couple in the for sale section but they sell before I can stake any claim.
