Trick flo vs 1LE vs vortech elbow

Im looking to get a 1LE elbow but upon doing a search on it I found people using the vortech and trickflow ones. I was wondering what if any differences in a purchasing decision would be, which one is more beneficial and so on? I saw on one of the threads I was reading during the search that the vortech has something that seperates the air as it goes into the throttle body but doesn't that kinda interfere with an air foil or at least deem is obsolete??

If there is any difference at all it isn't enough to worry about. I would go with hatever one is cheaper.

Edit: By cheaper, I mean less expensive...

well I also hear that you have to drill a hole in the trick flow for the vented opti. that kinda has me wondering a bit.

Re: Trick flo vs 1LE vs vortech elbow

im installing my vortech elbow in tomorrow. i already capped the IAT sensor hole which I will be relocating. as far as the opti line, i will drill the hole in the rubber coupling that holds the elbow to the maf. i also plan on drilling a hole in the same coupler for my nitrous fogger nozzle, (does anyone see a problem with this setup? is it possible for the nozzle to be too close to the maf? PM me)

the inlet size for the vortech is a tiny bit bigger than 3 inches. The rubber coupler im using to connect it to my maf is 3 inches on both sides. I bought a thicker/longer coupler at Home Depot to give me a little extra room to drill the opti and nitrous hole.
