before you replace the u joint check the 4 bolts at the end of your driveshaft to make sure they are tight. My friends mustang did the same thing and it was just a couple loose bolts on the driveshaft. If they are tight then its probably a bad u-joint

If everything checks out, your driveshaft may be out of balance. I know that would cause a vibration at high speeds.

I had the same problem. I was getting a pretty strong vibration above 90mph. This is a very common problem with these years. There is even a technical service bulletin out on it. The fix is to get an aluminum driveshaft. That is what I did. Now its smooth as silk up to 150.

Is it a high speed or high RPM vibration? High speed would be either tires or driveshaft, high RPM would mean bad clutch/flywheel/pressure plate/pilot bearing/trans input shaft. What kind of clutch do you have?

Have you had the DS out of the car recently? If you have, you might try taking it loose from the rear and turning it 180 degrees.
That may help.

Search around on the board, I have seen a few posts from people who have tried it and it worked.
Before you open your mouth and ACT like you know what you are talking about, do a search.
