When i run my car hard and after a while when i try to downshift and release the clutch slowly it does not grind but it seems as if its not grabbing, just slipping sorta feeling
COULD it be that the tranny fluid is low?
or somthing else is messed, purhaps the clutch?

 

Sounds like the clutch is slipping to me, I had this with my car. I suggest you stop driving it hard unless you want a new clutch real soon. I was lucky to get about 10,000 miles after mine started slipping. When it got real bad last week i had to get a new one.
