My 4L60E has 76k miles on it, and then I put it in Drive or Reverse, or when I slow down for a stop sign/light, it lurches right before I stop. I'm not that car educated so I need some ideas of what the problem is. Will this require a rebuild to fix it?

Mine has always done it....stops when it downshifts back into 1st. I don't think it's anything serious.
