Tranny cooler, worth it?

My car is bone stock minus a cutout. I noticed a tranny cooler can be had for under $50, and I am pretty sure I can put it on myself. Is it worth the piece of mind, or should I just not worry about it? What about an aftermarket oil cooler?

tranny cooler are a must for cars with aftermarket torque converters(they slip and create more heat)
They can also help on mostly stock cars. Cooler tranny temps help it live longer.
I wouldn't worry about an aftermarket oil cooler. I took off my cooling adapter, and lines and I'm not worried about temps.
