ok i trans is messed up again and ideas wat could be wrong with it here's what it is doing
i drive out the road and it shifts very nice like it should .then when i stop at i red light and go to drive away from te light it shifts fine into second but when it go's to shift into drive itstart to slip real bad . so i pulled over and turned the car off . then the start off again and it works fine . this happens everytime i stop at a red light
any ideas would be helpful

If it goes away when you shut off the car and start it back up and it's fine till you stop.....my guess is that it's electronic. I mean if it still did it when you shut it off and back on then it would be mechanical. The only reason i'm sayin this is because my car did it in drive and when i stopped at red lights it started off bad but if i manually shifted it it was fine. When i did turn it off it was fine but after a while it screwed up again. Turned out it was a bad vehicle speed sensor. You can tell if it's the vehicle speed sensor if your speedo goes all whacky when it does it. If it does then i'm willing to say it's that sensor.
If you take it to a tranny shop they can hook your tranny up to a pressure system and check to see if the clutch packs are shifting when the should, I would stay away from COTTMAN I had TWO bad experences with them, I think AAMCO does it for free.
