My TPS Voltage reads .67 volts at idel with TPS % 0, slowly matting the pedal the TPS voltage climbs up to 3.73 volts and the TPS reads % 87.4 is it not opening up all the way?

Check that! Just found out what was wrong! I went and moved the linkage by hand and seen that one of the bands that holds the elbow to the TB was in a bad position so the linkage would hit it and stop at 87%, moved the band and now its at 100%! God I have been driving around with 87% throttle for a few months now dou!

Talk about a cheap "mod": 13% gain for $0.00! Actually, you lose very little air flow with the last few degrees of throttle plate opening. But still.....

Yea I figured it probably doesn't make all that much of a difference in terms of air flow. Wasn't sure how much it effects the PCM because it was only seeing 87%, haven't driven it yet since the change so I don't know if Ill even feel a difference.
