TPIS Longtubes users...plug clearance?

How's the plug clearance on these headers?
I'd like to know the clearance on the passenger side, 4 & 6 plugs.
Thx-Goose

I have trouble with the one on the passenger side toward the front. It's either 1 or 2

That would be #1 I have been considering TPIS LT's too, would also like to know that. I hear they go in from the top too, true?

If it's on the passenger side, is either 2 or 4. (Even numbers on the passenger side)
I have the Grottyohann longtubes, and those are a nightmare to replace the plugs, might as well take the headers off to do the passenger side.

I haven't personally changed plugs with TPIS headers, but I have seen quiet a few with them. It looked like a pretty simple job from what I could see. I have TPIS' mids and they're not too bad either.

Iv'e had them on/off a few times the install
is pretty straightforward.
Starter,valve covers and steering joint need to come
off after that no big deal.
However 2 things to note
1. Make sure TPIS knows what kind of
steering link you have unless you don't mind
using a hammer.

2. I had a hell of a time with bolts. The tubes are so
large it doesn't leave alot of room. I am currently
using a 2"stainless allen bolt with a 1" brass spacer/
sleeve with great success.

I have one of the first 4 pair made so I don't know if
any of these design issues have already been addressed.

I've got some pics of my 2 week old from TPiS Longtubes that I've welded the 97 emissions fittings to and had coated here locally.
I haven't installed them yet but the pics show the unique way these headers use 3" by 3/8' regular bolts.

Should work well with my 6 psi powerdyne s/c with Methanol Injection that's coming up after the headers and custom exhaust are done.

I'll be putting them in, in the next week or so.
A couple of the bolts are shorter and one has a 5/8 head but the bolt tube system should make access and tightening much better than the usual tiny torture header bolts of all the other longtubes.
I'll post some more pics of the installation and ground clearances when they're in.
