TPIS and Hypertech Airfoil the same??

TPIS and Hypertech Airfoil the same??
Are these two airfoils the same?? A friend of mine says he'll sell me his hypertech for 10 bucks. I was reading somewhere that they are the same and most people like the TPIS airfoil. Are they pretty much all like?

An airfoil for $10 isn't bad even though it really doesn't help much. 
To answer your question though, they probably aren't the same but the differences are very small and the Hypertech airfoil isn't bad.
