toubleshooting help

I just completed resealing the intake manifold and now the engine has developed a miss. I did not get the opti wet, never touched any plug wires, and have double checked all of the vacuum and electrical connections removed for the intake removal.

does anyone have a good procedure for diagnosing a miss? Since the plugs and wires are tucked way in there, I cannot use the old school method of popping off the wires to see if the motor changes while running.

This car ran very good before, and I really do not think the opti went bad, any suggestions would be welcomed.

pull the electrical connector on aech injector, one at a time of course and reinstalling one before removing the other, until you find one that does not effect the miss, and start with that cylinder.
