Torque converter flex plate wobble?

Torque converter flex plate wobble?
I put a 94Z28 motor in my 94 Blazer and attached a 4L60E from a tahoe. The motor originally had a t56 6 speed on it. I just removed the flywheel and put a flex plate on. Is that OK? I'm getting a lot of wobble and now oil is leaking from the rear main seal. any ideas?
