If the exhaust burns your eyes, does that mean the car is too rich or too lean???

 

Too rich.

Unburnt gas vapors can burn your eyes.

 

It means you need to stop huffing the exhaust from your car, get your face away from the tail pipes ;P.

But yes a rich condition would cause your eyes to burn and even cause a headache. I know from experience .
