too much timing?

too much timing?

94 z28 m6 flooding at startup and stumbling at wot after 4k
took it to shop and put on comp is holding 21 deg. of timing at idle
and 42-45 at 4k knock sensor not being activated i think mabey a bad timing
chain help no ses codes .stock pcm no tuning
new opti,cap and rotor

might have something going on with the opti sensor...

opti is new 2 weeks old bought it to fix problem no change
