Tips of spark plugs have a tan gloss?
Tips of spark plugs have a tan gloss?
I'm taking out my spark plugs, and some of them have what looks like a tan coat of paint on the tips of them, its glossy and everything. What causes this?

Set your digital camera to the close up picture setting so theyre not blurry at close range
Usually on a few cameras i know its a flower icon on a dial or somewhere in the "menu".

It's a camera phone, nothing I can do. As far as the miss, It fixed the major miss, but I still have the miss I changed the plugs in the 1st place for. Its under part throttle, and the car just falls on its face. One thing I noticed is sometimes the 02's stop cycling for a minute or 2, but then go back to cycling like normal. This has just started in the last month or 2. Would bad 02's cause this, or is there another reason? And it happens to both 02's, not just 1, so I don't think 2 02's went bad at once.
