Timing Cover Paper Gasket - Wet or Dry?

I'm about ready to instal my paper FelPro timing cover gasket. I wanna know... Do you install the gasket dry or with sealant? I was planning on using the High Tack gasket spray from permatex (blue can, red spray). What do you guys use? I want to do this right, absolutely do not want to pull it all apart later because of a leak!

I haven't used what you are talking about, but it sounds ok to me. I usually use a thin film of RTV just because I always have some around.
