Timing Cover oil leak HELP! please

I'm trying to change mine now. I need to do the distributor and water pump seal. I was told that they can be changed with the timing chain cover on, but I'm not sure of how to get them off. Let me know if you figure it out. You can order a timing chain gasket set from an auto parts store and it will have the distributor seal in with it.

This is what I mean... its not that hard once you know what to do. I installed one seal without using a marker to spread the seal apart and it folded over. leaking while driving ever so lightly. here is some pictures of how to do it. scroll down the page.
