Timing Chain Help, which one

I did a search and found that everyone on here generally uses the CLO-9-3145 when they switch to a double roller. A motor I am putting together has an e-water pump and is a 95. My question is what is the difference between the CLO-9-3145 and the CLO-C-3039. The CLO-C-3039 says that it is a replacement for our motors. Does everyone just run the 3145 because it is adjustable or is there some other reason?

here is a link on summit if it works

Probably because the 9-3145 is the TrueŽ Roller version that is stronger.
