timing chain

can the CLO-9-3145 be used on 94-95 and 96-97 cars? or only on 94-95? due to running the opti, and yes i know i need an electric waterpump...

You can run the 3145 as long as you have a vented opti.

If you have a non-vented splined opti you can't run the 3145. Simple as that.
