Totally stock with realistic mileage? 13.5-14.5, maybe slower.. THen again, could be faster if you hook off a launch and your car is running well..
AS for launch, it's an auto, so hold the brakes and rev it a little, on green, floor gas, release brakes.

Best cheap mod, in my mind, is gutting your cat. Totally free if you can get away with it...

Oh, and the Search button is your friend...

when the light hits, floor it.... it will shift itself fine, just try not to spin it.

in the 1/8th, you could expect some where in the 9.3-9.5 range.
quarter i haven't a clue.

mods, anything to make it breathe easier will be your best bet, CAI, headers, exhaust are all good starters.

Launching off idle is your best bet. Probably run a low 14 stock. Mods could best be found using the search function.

Stock A4 LT1s are generally low 14 second cars. For you launch, I would just hit the pedal off of idle. In order to avoid complete wheelspin, you may want to ease into the pedal to get it to WOT. Generally though, you should just take it to the track, practice, and get a feel for what works and what doesn't. Some cheap mods to get you started:
PCM tune: 150.00
Catback: 300.00
Cold-air intake: 175.00
Down the road, maybe look into headers, some suspension work, and better tires.

And if you do a cat-back have a cut-out welded in also.
