Time for new brakes....

Just had my rears replaced with cheapies and now the fronts are deing fast. Need new brakes ASAP and on a tight budget, what do you guys suggest. Prob looking to spend 150ish(loose price) overall(all labor myself of course), stock rotors are good, but car's got 95k and im sure they've been turned before, so i dunno about replacement or not? but the cheaper the better, needs to be decent quality no autozone base lvl stuff.....

What do you do with the car? How hard are you on brakes? If you just want a quiet set of pads that don't dust much get Raybestos Quiet Stops (ceramic). If you're looking for better performance get a set of HAWK HPS. They are quiet and don't dust too bad.

Quite a few on here have mentioned the Autozone rotors get the job done and are cheap. With them, there'll be plenty left over to get a really good set of brake pads. I've been running the Hawk's for a long time and am very happy with them.

Another good set is the EBC Greenstuff. You can get them at www.tirerack.com There are obviously other places that sell them, that's just one off the top of my head.
