Time to get rid of SLP headers which long tubes to go with?
Ok, my poor SLP shortie headers have been though hell and I think it may be time to go with long tubes. The SLPs have the AIR fittings cut off and the ends are pinched and welded. This was mainly to be able to get the damn passenger side valve cover off! Speaking of the passenger side, with that one primary shooting upwards and covering all access to plugs it makes me hate them even more.
My LT4 intake has been drilled and I have added an Accel dual sync distributor. Plug wires would be better running over the valve covers and with the SLPs it is almost impossible. I would like LTs with no AIR fittings and some that are easy to tighten the bolts. Getting to the SLP bolts when they loosen up is near impossible on the passenger side. I would also like easy spark plug access from the top or underneath (whichever doesn't matter). I have a BMR K-member which may make things easier. I also have a Canton 7qt oil pan which I don't know if it matters or not. All of this may be too much to ask for an F-Body.
Any help would be appreciated!

ha ha, the bid starts. I'll bid $20.02.
I should start selling fabricated wrenches. I used 12 pt bolts on my headers and I think it's way easy to tighten up than a hex. I fabbed a few wrenches that's pretty long & straight. Gotta love a welding torch and cutter wheel. If you notice, almost all wrenches have offset open ends or box ends...doesnt that **** you off! Makes you want an old school ride than this compact LT1 engine compartment that makes you scream! Look at some Hooker LT's btw..they look pretty..ha

I've only got the stock manifolds on my car and some "headers" would be nice. Even if they come with a lot of complaints..

Ok Ok laugh at my pain!
You should see the wrench we "manufactured" to get the damn 12 pt bolts out when changing the gaskets. $20? I paid $700 for these damn things with the installation kit. I thought the bids would be a little higher.
