I did a datalog today, and found out my injectors are at 110%. Im going to get 30 lb svos, and I was wondering if I should put on my 52mm tb that ive been trying to sell, or will my 48mm work fine?

The 52mm won't really buy you anything with the mods in your sig. Funny that your injectors are showing that. The stockers should still be enough for what you have. You sure something else isn't a miss?

Your stockers should not be maxed out with your mods. Check on this.

Same thing I was just thinking. There is no way that with those mods your stock 24lb injectors are running at 110%.

Thats what I thought too, cause ive read on this site numerous times they should be good through low 300 rwhp. They are at 100% @5300 rpm, and my car revs a little over 6000. The estimated hp on datalog was higher than I expected around 365 fwhp. I also have the racetronix fuel pump. If I tell my tuner to increase the fuel pump pressure, would that raise my injector rate? What else could cause them to be that high? Im also running a little lean throughout the rpms

with your mods bigger injectors is a waste of money

You won't be able to increase your fuel pressure through PCM tuning. The only way something like that could be done is through an adjustable fuel pressure regulator.

somethings wrong with you car...
when my opti was going out it my injectors would be running at 116% at high rpms
after i fixed that i'm in the 90's now

check you fuel pressure and is it retarding the timing at all?

That makes about 50 of us who feel the same. You've got something else going on besides too small of injector or too small of a throttle body.

I have new opti, coil, plugs, wires. Dont think its the opti. Anything this could be?
Timing isnt being reatarded either. I sent the datalog to bryan herter, and hopefully he can help me out w/ this. I know my coil was sparking, arcing, but I dont think it would cause a consistent problem like this.

On a side note, does a MAFT translator do the same thing as a afpr b/c i just got back my pcm and am wondering if i will need the translator anymore?

My mods are almost like yours and the bigger one on my car was a waste of money not to mention i lost bottom end tq,drivability,etc. BTW my car ran better times w/48tb and i am running the stk 24lb injectors.

What kind of 52mm TB is it? A stock ported one or aftermarket? Do you still want to sell it? Mileage? Pics? PM me and let me know.

Check the fuel pressure, you should not be that high on 24# injectors. Also check the make sure you have 24 pound injectors in the computer if your not the first owner Finally even if you cant check fuel pressure, your car should be reading low for blms causing the comp to compensate and add fuel.
