there is this ticking noise from the msd just curious if its supposed to do this or not.also when im driving around and im in drive the rpms will jump around and im just driving normal. could this be the ****ty wire i used for the tach wire from the msd box to the computer? help will be appreciated.

my friends did the ticking noise this weekend, we tightened his positive battery post and all was fine. His MSD 6AL is brand new and the ticking stopped once the battery was tight.
