Throttle too jumpy and tps voltage with 58mm BBk.

I have a 58 BBk on my car but didn't port match intake as was going to do this when do heads/cam/headers shortly.
I had a 52 BBK on there and it worked good.So here is the problem. Car idles fine don't stall but car is super jumpy when you touch the gas. I know my tps is above the recommended range still. Which is .50 to .67v at idle?
I will go back down to a 52 tb if necessary but wondering if getting that tps voltage down to spec especially low .50 spec would help this tip in jumping. Its really annoying to try to drive the car right now.
Also I just bought tunercat obd2 / sold by jet now and wondering how you fix tip in jumping on the tuning program. maybe don't have to drill the slots on the tps bigger?

Well today slotted out the tps more and got it to read .66 key on car not running. Car is mabye a bit less jumpy. I checked the throttle cable and throttle movement and it seems fine no sticking. I still seem to have some jumpiness off idle but also notice that sometimes my idle is around 1000 and then usually stab the pedal and it drops back down to 600 or 700 forget now. I don't think I should have to go any lower on the tps voltage as spec for the 96 is .67 and would think .66 is close enough.
Does playing with the throttle stop screw help out in this area. What if anything can I do in my programming to help the jumpiness off idle. As said I have obd2 tunercat.

If you have some way to see what your TPS is doin, check to see if you are having my problem.

When I let off the gas, the car stays idled up, but its because the TPS doesn't go back down to 0% throttle angle, it hovers at either .8 or 1.2%, telling the computer I still have my foot on the gas, when I dont. Im trying to figure out how to get rid of this problem, and it has nothing to do with slotting the sensor, cuz I I have two sensors, one slotted, and one not, and they both do this. The blades are not sticking either, so I am baffled.
