Throttle cable

How hard is it to replace the throttle cable on a 95 LT1? Is it just connect the TB and gas pedal? And will this work?

the hardest part is climbing in on your back to take it off the pedal and to push the cable through the floor while pinching the tabs,10-15min. job..
