Throttle Body Voltage Reading

Can I get the reading with out ECM power?

Got engine on stand with TB and TPS on but voltage read is in mV's?

Shouldn't it be more like a .65V or better at Idle or closed??

I am guessing that one of the pins is a power wire??

Oh yea 383 with Proffessional Products TB.

Thanks Kirk

The computer provides power to the IAC. Gonna be hard to get a voltage reading without any provided power.
