Those With A Vortec Elbow AND SLP CAI..Question...

Hey guys...

I was wondering if any of you could in detial tell me how hard and what is needed to do to get them to work on the LT-1?
I'm referring to the cutting of the Vortec Elbow.

Has anyone made a write-up yet? hehe I'm sure sooner or later there will be =)

Also any of u guys using N20 Shark nozzle???

Thanks guys

I don't think the SLP CAI will work with the Vortech elbow. I've tried everything except cutting the sock.

Had to cut about 1 1/2 " off the end of the Vortech elbow, i also
relocated my IAT in the SLP hole for the Air pump(smog pump fell off)

The second pictures shows where i relocated the IAT plug in the hole(red zip tie)

How hard was it?

I'm not good with cutting things like that and dont have the tools, thus im contiplating getting one...Hmmm, theres a GP ending soon hmm

Would u be willing to cut it if i paid ya? hehehe j/k

What to do, what to do...

It does look awesome on your car though. I was thinking bout powdercoating the Vortec and the SLP if i get it. Both are powdercoated-able i would think right?
