Question Those with BMR Relocation Brackets...

Hey Guys,

I'm putting in my relocation brackets and was trying to decide in which position to mount the LCAs. Upper or Lower...

Did you guys use the top position?

Or the bottom position?

And why?

My car is lowered with Jamex springs giving it about a 1.5 inch drop in the rear.

Thanks, in advance!

E

I used the lower mounting holes. I understood that any car lowerd should probably use the lower holes. Don't know that for fact though.

the lower holes are supposed to make you hook hard but they also give a stiffer ride. i can't remember which i used but i remember i had a hard time getting the bolts to line up.

All the way to the bottom would be best for a lowered car.

You want the LCA to be parallel to the ground (comparable to stock) or lower at the rear end housing than at the body mounting point. By all means, avoid lower on the body end.

Thanks for the advice, guys!

I'm almost done with the install. Now I just gotta put my PITA brake calipers back on. I took them off, cause I painted them while installing everything else...
