engine cranks but wont start.......just keeps cranking.

disconnected accel ignition box and plugged back in regular wiring, car starts fine.


so obviously somethings not hooked up right........but all the wires from the Accel harnes are connected (except the grn tachometer wire, but thats not needed).

i bought it used, and the guy included a red power wire that had obviously been hooked up, but i dont see to where. there is nothing on the harness that isnt connected.

anyone have a pic of how theirs is setup?

 

I think that red wire is for the fuse. Your 300+ probably isn't getting any power.

thanks, the guy i bought it from explained it..........it was an extra ground wire, he just used a red one instead of black, and its supposed to ground one of the mounting holes.
